On Thursday, October 22nd, the Westchester-Connecticut Region of the IFA USA will host an in-person event in Stamford, Connecticut. The event will include two presentations discussing sourcing rules.
I will be presenting an overview of the sourcing rules, with a focus on sourcing of gains on sales of personal property (including purchased and manufactured inventory), as well as the U.S. office rules for nonresidents. In addition, Natallia Shapel, Grace Chen, and Paul Criscuolo from BDO will be presenting on sourcing rules for digital content and cloud transactions.
Michael Kearney of Robinson & Cole LLP will be the moderator.
